Terms and conditions
Article 1 - Duration of stay:
The client signatory of the contract concluded for a fixed term may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 - Contract conclusion:
The online reservation becomes effective once the client has guaranteed it with a valid bank card on the date of the start of the stay.
To confirm the reservation, a payment corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the reservation is requested and collected upon receipt. By this payment, the client confirms their full and complete agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without this payment within the given deadline, the reservation is not confirmed and, consequently, the owners reserve the right to reclaim the rooms.
The owners invite the client to verify the reservation elements:
- Their contact details and particularly email address and mobile phone number in order to be reachable before and during the reservation.
- Their comments and if this reservation is a gift, the complete contact details of the beneficiaries so that the owners can establish a gift voucher if desired.
- The reserved accommodation, the number of people, the arrival date, the departure date and the number of nights.
- The total price of the reservation: the indicated amount being understood excluding tourist tax (tax in addition debited during registration).
- The price does not include additional services.
Article 3 - Cancellation:
- Cancellation by the client:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded to the client.
In case of cancellation between 14 and 29 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded to the client.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date or no-show, no refund will be made.
In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains acquired by the owners.
- Cancellation by the owners:
When, before the start of the stay, the owners cancel the stay for reasons beyond their control, they must inform the client as quickly as possible by phone or email. The client will be immediately refunded the amounts paid.
- Cancellation in case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, etc):
In agreement with the client, the owners will agree on a date postponement within 12 months and maintaining the same rate that suits both parties.
- Cancellation insurance:
No cancellation insurance is included in the rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to subscribe to one at the time of booking. Modifications of stay dates are not accepted.
- Modification of a reservation:
Please contact the owners for any request to modify a reservation. Subject to availability, a modification may be authorized up to 30 days before arrival. No modification can be made 29 days before arrival.
Article 4 - Arrival and departure:
The client can arrive on site from 5:00 PM. The accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Article 5 - Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the owners who then transfer it to the Public Treasury.
Article 6 - Use of premises:
The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises, use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They commit to return the accommodations in good condition.
Article 7 - Animals:
The contract specifies that the client cannot stay with a domestic animal. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal cannot in any case be considered as a modification or breach of contract at the initiative of the owners, so that in case of client departure, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains acquired by the owners.
Article 8 - Capacity:
The contract is established for a precise number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owners are able to refuse additional clients. This refusal cannot in any case be considered as a modification or breach of contract at the initiative of the owners, so that in case of departure of a number of clients greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains acquired by the owners.
Article 9 - Liability insurance:
The client is responsible for all damages occurring due to their actions. The tenant attests to being covered by liability insurance covering their own responsibility and that of the people accompanying them.
Article 10 - Disputes:
It is recommended to contact the Tourist Office which will intervene to facilitate the amicable settlement of disputes - if the complaint is made within the first three days after arrival, for any dispute concerning the condition of the premises or the descriptive state, - at the end of the stay for all other disputes. For all disputes that may arise from the execution or interruption of this contract, only the Courts of the jurisdiction of the location of the building subject to the rental are competent.
